  1. Official Transcript/Record from previously attended schools (previous 2~3 years)

  3. Fayston Student-Introduction Form

  4. Fayston Conduct Agreement Form

*Required documents should be handed in 3 days prior to the designated day

*Applicant is required to pay application fee

Final Interview for Parents (Only if the student pass the test and interview)

Student's academics. English proficiency. Medical issue. Previous school life experience. Parents' educational philosophy. Fayston's educational philosophy and expectations

The minimum age guidelines for the relevant grade level are as follows: The criterion for age is not month age but year age.

* Requirements

There is no limitation for submitting applications to study at FPS except for grades 11 and 12. Final acceptance and admission into FPS will be based on a comprehensive review of all documentation, the student’s attitude, applicant’s language proficiency level and additional learning support needs, if any. FPS reserves the right to accept or reject an application.
